Please see this on-line exhibitor manual for practical information on how to organise your stand, as well as order forms for peripheral services such as furniture, electrical connections, customs clearance, etc, and details of the key dates and deadlines.
The complete rules and regulations are contained within the original exhibit prospectus posted online along with the full conference program and schedule at

Poster Sessions in the Exhibit Halls, and the Federation has provided
Food Courts and a large
Internet area to encourage traffic within the Exhibit Halls. We expect a professional attendance of over 5,000.
The updated floor plan is contained within this exhibitor service manual displaying your booth number and size.
Please remember that packing of equipment or dismantling of any portions of booths is prohibited until the official closing announcement at 14:00 on Wednesday, July 16.
Please respect this regulation, in the interest of the members, your fellow exhibitors and an orderly closing.
